Reply in WhatsApp Business on the connected business phone. An ordinary reply pauses Vivi. Choose “I’ll take over” before typing for an immediate pause.

Recovery and monitoring
Recovery checks use a separate offline copy and never replace your chats. The alert test marks only its test endpoint unhealthy for 10 minutes; Vivi keeps working. Email delivery requires the independent monitor to be connected.

Project clients · personal handling
From contract signing, every linked client number is protected. Completion starts 104 days of personal handling: 90 days retention plus 14 days for settlement. An open snag, complaint or permanent personal hold overrides the countdown.
These records control this hosted Vivi service. Record project protection here; changing a project in the main Projects page does not yet update Vivi automatically. No WhatsApp group is monitored, and saving a project never enables messaging.
